Custom Tritan water bottle 500 ml with steel lid

Light, leak free and always at hand

This water bottle is made for every day: in the bag to the office, in the sports bag or to school. The bottle is made of Tritan, a sturdy and BPA free plastic, and has a stainless steel lid. It is leak free and holds 500 ml. With a diameter of 6 cm and a height of 19.5 cm it is compact, and at about 75 grams you hardly notice it. There are 9 colours: transparent, transparent blue, transparent red, transparent grey, transparent orange, transparent lime, royal blue, transparent pink and transparent light blue.

Choose how your logo is applied

• Screen print all around: your logo in a PMS colour of your choice, up to 150 x 130 mm around the bottle.
• Digital print all around: full colour up to 203 x 150 mm, also for gradients and photos.
• Pad print on the bottle: a logo in 1 to 4 PMS colours, up to 30 x 80 mm.
• Laser engraving lid: your logo in the steel lid, small up to 20 x 10 mm or larger up to 30 x 30 mm.
• Digital label lid: a colour label up to 30 x 30 mm on the lid.
• Doming lid: a label with a domed, glossy resin layer, up to 30 x 30 mm. Colourful and nice to the touch.

How to supply your design

Please upload your logo as a vector PDF, AI or SVG. A sharp PNG of at least 300 dpi also works. Screen print and laser engraving are always one colour or one tone, so gradients and photos are not possible there; choose digital print, the label or doming for those. For screen print and pad print, mention the PMS colours with your order. You always receive a digital proof first and we only start after your approval.

Quantities and delivery

You can order from 10 pieces. With larger quantities the price per piece drops a lot, because the fixed setup costs are spread over more bottles. All bottles in one order get the same colour and design; for several colours, add one line per colour. After proof approval your order is delivered in about 10 working days.

Good to know

The bottle is not suitable for carbonated drinks. With the transparent colours your logo shows through the bottle; a dark or white logo colour gives the most contrast.
